@dSjUICY i would probably suggest staying away from heavy weights for your back…you are probably very strong so most weights will feel “light” to you. try focusing on endurance based activities as opposed to strength training. search my videos for endurance training for help. thanks for watching my videos. be well. alycia

re: how would you do this at home. i use the arm of the couch! i took the cushion off so i could lean forward further, and planted my feet against a heavy chair (or a wall, etc). worked for me!
hi! i hv a quick question..i love your video and i started doin this workout this week and i already feel good..bt my problem is that i was in water polo for 6 yrs so i hv a wide back and i was wondering if there was a work out that could help me get back to more girlish looking upper back..hope you can help thnx!!!!

Original recipe: Adrians Kaleidoscope Salad
1 ear fresh corn cut from the cob 1/3 finely diced red bell pepper 1/3 finely diced pablano pepper 3 diced tomatillos 3 thin sliced green onions – 3 diced tomatillos – 1 pealed and grated carrot – 1 bunch ripened pearl grapes halved – 1 Tbs honey – 1 Tbs cider vinegar
½ tsp sea salt – ½ tsp oregano – Fresh cracked pepper – Stir and serve.
