the best back excersize is to sit in a chair and rotate ur back left to right and feel it cracking.. and also another one.. lay down on a bed with ur feet touching the ground so actually only ur back is on the bed and ur arms back ..the back feels the pressure taken off… so guys try these excersizes!

the best thing is to sit in a chair and rotate ur back to both sides and hear ur back crack.. also lay down on ur bed with ur feet touching the floor so only ur back is actually on the bed and hands up…such a good stretch

you aren’t doing it right so you don’t feel the back stretch. If you do it properly it’s really a good back stretch. When you do the first one make sure BOTH legs go down and not just the leg closest to the floor – a lot of people do that and it makes the stretch almost useless and then they complain that they can’t feel any stretching.

Nice language too. Way to treat professionals who are giving you something for free :)

Great stretches, good vid. I especially liked the ‘extra add on’ for the first stretch where you lift the upper leg further. never seen that before but it’s really good.

That sounds to me like some form of nerve impingement. I would be looking to get Chiro or Physio advice before anything else.
