Most common cause of back pain is piriformis syndrome. I also had the same & used this app to remove pains through exercises. To help you, I’m going to paste these here.

I frequently see elderly with lower back pain. Have her see your chiropractor and get a lumbopelvic xray. We will be able to see if her hip is ok and if so the problem could very likely come from the lumbar or Sacroiliac joints. It will also give some idea on the amount of osteoporosis.

On the average she will get relief in the first couple of visits and she will also see strength gains in her walking.

Sounds possibly like sciatica / trapped nerve. My mum had really bad sciatica when she was heavily pregnant and had my little bro via c-section in the end, cos the pain was unbearable plus he was a large baby!! She still suffer from back pain now and is on medication for it.
I would maybe check with your doctor and see if he can suggest anything.
Im also currently feeling a similar pain, but havent yet been to a doctor, warm baths and heat pads and a deep heat muscular rub tends to help to relieve my aching back!

Dude, my whole spine is trashed, surgeries shots. Oh and no more squating 500 and benching385 hah! Hell i canot push a pillow off of me in bed when your spine is trashed no anavar, deca, cypionate does anything good luck man!!!!!!
